Free CRM Solution - Email Marketing Service
Fact: No one likes to read manuals.
Reality: No one likes to read manuals.
Truth: No one likes to read manuals.
The solution is low cost pre-emptive tech support. That is where we can help. We can help you two ways: before the sale and after the sale.
Before the Sale
The way it works is simple. You know the questions that your customers and prospect ask when they download your software so why not send them a series of followup emails with the answers before they ask. When your prospects sign up for the tips they always start with letter number one. This is unlike a newsletter where everyone gets the same letter. Imagine what this will save you in time and expense of answering all those tech questions.
Example - Letter Number 1
The first question that should be answered is "I have downloaded your software but I can not find it". Tell them the name of the file and the size of the file. Explain how to search their drive. What other questions do you get when they first download? One I know of is that it did not download or it will not install.
After the Sale
When they become a customer, you would add the customer to the advanced tech support list and they would get the next series of tech support followup emails.
Broadcast Email
If a new issue should arise that everyone needs to know about, you can send out a new email to everyone on the list without disrupting the sequential emails with our broadcast emails. You just create a new email and send to the whole list. Use our broadcast emails!
Newsletter
One other feature of our service is that you cannot only send out incremental emails but you can also do broadcast email. This will allow you to send out a newsletter to everyone on the list at the same time. A great way for you to tell your customers and prospect about new products and services or news about your company.

Testimonials
We used several similar services but none of them was good enough to suit our needs. So we decided to create our own mailing list service and it's free for all of you. Give it a try. It's a win win service.
